We are a family run business based in Old Buckenham, Norfolk with 18 years’ experience in providing external property maintenance, repairs, cleaning, painting, UPVC & wood installation services. Specialising in working at height to avoid scaffolding costs but we do also provide ground level work covering fencing, driveway & patio pressure washing and re-pointing. We offer a friendly, honest and reliable service. Now providing Cherry Picker Hire with or without an operator.

We operate with low overheads which is reflected in our competitive pricing and passed onto our customers time and time again. Our service is outstanding, we go the extra mile to ensure our customers are completely happy with the work we do. No job is too small or too large and each is treated with the same level of service and professionalism.

Having worked at height for several years up and down the country and abroad we possess a wealth of experience and knowledge which we put to use in many of our jobs.

We also offer hire of our Cherry picker with or without an operator at very competitive prices.

We cover a whole rage of external property services, below are just a few:

Repairs to roofs, chimneys, fascia's, soffits, guttering, downpipes, cladding...and more.

Full chimney re-build or basic re-pointing.

Bird proofing roof areas using mesh, spikes and nets.

Installation of new fascia's, gutters, water butt systems, soffits, cladding and bardge boards in a variety of materials (UPVC, Wood and cast Iron).

Cleaning of solar panels from residential 16 panels to massive 3000 panel arrays in fields or on top of large buildings.

Painting of external render and woodwork, covering fascia's, windows, cladding.

Cleaning of all fascia's, soffits, gutters (inside and out), unblocking of downpipes/soak aways.

Installations of cowls.

Repairs or full installation of fencing.

Pressure washing of patio's and driveways.

Re-pointing of patio's and re-sanding of brickweave driveways.

Cherry Picker Hire with or without an operator.

We provide method statements and Risk Assessments for every job that we undertake. These will also contain all the necessary data sheets, certificates, qualifications and insurances.
