Where possible we avoid the need for expensive scaffolding costs by using ladders or our cherry picker. This saves money and time on the job.

We are able to provide good quality, safe and cost-effective methods of repairing or totally replacing fascia’s, gutters, soffits, downpipes, bargeboards, capping, coverboards and cladding and avoid expensive scaffolding costs and the inconvenience it causes being placed around buildings.

We complete jobs on residential homes (also Grade I and II listed), commercial properties (shops, pubs etc) and agricultural buildings.

We possess an unlimited working at height insurance so many companies are unable to complete these jobs at such height now due to lack of this insurance cover. Make sure that you use a supplier who is insured and will do what they say they will like us. So many companies nowadays are just in it for your money, we are not one of those. We like our customers to be happy with the service we provide and will not leave a job until everything is to our customers requirements and they are completely satisfied.

Some examples of the simple checks we can perfom whilst repairing guttering:

We can check the condition of your guttering regardless of whether they are sealed with sealant or a rubber gasket, these gutter joints will wear away over time. If undetected this will cause your guttering to leak, which again could result in damp issues and increased costs to repair or fix. We repair a damaged gutter joint by unclipping the length of guttering to see cleary the interior and exterior profiles of the joint. We will clear the joint, remove any dirt or grime and make sure that it is clean and dry. We then apply a layer of silicone sealant around the edges and the gutter, replace the adjoining lengths of guttering and fix the clips firmly back in place. This way provides a thorough method of fixing leaks.

Another thing that causes leaks and blockages within the guttering is the gradient or slope of the guttering. Its always a good ieas to check the gradient of the gutter which is something we can look into. Guttering needs to slope to allow water to pour downwards and avoid standing water. We can make the adjustments to the gradient/slope of your guttering if required.

These checks are only possible when working up close to the guttering off ladders or our Cherry Picker. You simply wouldn't be able to do this by standing on the ground using a gutter vacuum or a water fed pole as most companies offer when cleaning. This type of equipment simply doesn't offer good results or allow for any of the checks that we do.

We can repair or totally replace plastic or wrought iron guttering and down pipes, install water butt systems, repair or install new UPVC or wooden Fascia (yellow pine or oak), bargeboard, coverboard or capping, repair or install new UPVC or wooden Soffits and repair parts, completely replace or install new cladding to properties whether on a residential property or a commercial building.

We are able to paint or stain wooden fascia's, capping, cladding should this be required.

We can supply all materials at competitive prices.

Any size of job can be undertaken and any location on the property can normally be reached without the need for expensive scaffolding costs, we can save you hundreds of pounds on the price of the job.

We can also provide quotes for insurance companies and undertake insurance jobs.
