We carry out a variety of repairs to high level areas such as roofs, chimneys, fascia's, guttering, bargeboards and soffits utilising all types of materials. Using our working at height skills, either ladders, rope access techniques or cherry picker we can gain access easily and quickly even on awkward, high level or steeply pitched roofs and avoid expensive scaffolding costs.

Repairs and Installations to your property at height....

We possess an unlimited working at height insurance which many other companies don’t possess so they are unable to complete these jobs at such height now due to lack of this insurance cover and therefore need to use expensive scaffolding or just undertake work uninsured.

We can help you avoid the inconvenience scaffolding causes by being placed around buildings by using us as we will use our 10m ladders, ropes access techniques or our cherry picker. We have proven time and time again that we can save our customers hundreds of pounds avoiding scaffolding and using our access methods instead.

What we can assist with the following tasks:

Replace missing or damaged tiles.
Re-bed ridge or eaves tiles.
Repair rotten baton or ripped felt.
Re-point or re-build chimney stacks.
Installation of cowls.
Repairs or total replacement to guttering in cast iron or UPVC.
Repairs or total replacement of fascia's, caping, soffits, bargeboards, cladding using plastic or wood.
Re-bedding chimney pots.
Installation of bird prevention systems.
Assisting chimney sweeps to install wood burner flues.
Cheery picker hire with or without operator to assist trades with working at height.

We are able to source all materials required for your building repairs or full replacement at very competitive prices, often at cost to our customer as well as carrying out the repairs or full installation to your building.

We can undertake work on new builds, grade 1 or 2 listed buildings, shops, pubs commercial or agricultural buildings. There are no limits to the breadth of the work that we can cover and the reasonable prices we can offer.
