We have the experience to advise on whether roof tiles will require sealing again after a clean for future water repellency, but we will definitely not pressure you into buying a sealant package that isn't going to work as many companies that are no longer in business have done in the past. We find that a good jet wash and pressure wash will keep lichen and moss away for just as long as anti-fungal inhibitor treatments will do if applied after a roof clean.
