We had our house painted by MM Installations Ltd and from start to finish they did an excellent job. From our initial meeting with Corinne for the quote through to the completion of the work we could not fault this company. Competitive prices, easy to contact with questions - they are totally professional with excellent customer service. They also repaired our chimney which has given us peace of mind. I can't praise Meg enough - her work ethic is amazing. We highly recommend this company.

Matt has done an outstanding job of over cladding our fascia boards, installing new galvanised guttering system and bird proofing our roofs. A professional service and great workmanship from start to finish, we couldn’t be more pleased and would not have any reservations in recommending his services.

We recently required the guttering of our house replacing and chimney cowls fitting. After requesting a visit and quote we were very quickly contacted and a visit arranged. Matthew looked at the job and gave us no pressure options and after agreeing to the quote we were fitted in as soon as their workload allowed. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently. The quality of work was excellent and the price very reasonable. The conservatory was first thoroughly cleaned after several years of neglect with the resultant accumulation of mould and grime. The guttering, some 25 years old, was replaced and has made the overall construction look as good as new. This was thorough and well-executed work by considerate and obliging staff.

A real friendly and professional company, completed my fence repair and fitted a new gate very quickly. After the work was completed as the job was altered slightly I was very impressed as I was charged less. Defiantly would recomend and use them again.

Repair and repainting of soffits, plus cleaning of conservatory roof. Two men worked quickly and efficiently. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Matt and Billy painted the exterior of our house and sanded and repainted the window frames. They also repaired our barn roof which had been damaged by high winds over the winter. They worked like trojans in incredible heat, they were punctual and tidy and we were delighted with their work. Thanks guys!

MM installations re-bedded a roof tile and re-dressed lead round chimney breast after storm damage to our house roof.
The repair was carried out in a very professional way, and time was taken to explain to me exactly how they had secured the tile and lead flashing.
I had received two other quotes, one involved erecting scaffolding, the other using a “Cherry Picker”, whilst MM completed the work using a long reach ladder, thereby saving me a great deal of money.

This was the first time we had used MM Instalations Ltd and were a little nervous having been let down before by a number of different traders.
Not any more.. The guys were great, they arrived on time, worked extremely hard and delivered on everything we asked for and more.
The patio was a mess and now looks brand new.. You would not believe they could make such a transformation. The conservatory has never looked as clean as it does today.
Pressure washing and the work they do is not the cleanest of jobs, but unless you looked hard you would never know. Pride in their work is strong.
We asked them to look at a small issue with our roof, the soon realised the problem was not what I expected, found the real issue and just dealt with it.

We requested an INTERNAL clean, at height, of our glass roof lantern in our garden room as we were due to have new blinds fitted and wanted to start with clean windows/bars. We felt unable to do this ourselves as we are in our 70s and not so confident using ladders anymore. We received a prompt visit to assess the job, were then given a written quote and suggested date for the completion of the job, all of which we accepted. The young man turned up promptly on the day and worked thoroughly and steadily throughout, we were very pleased with the work and would thoroughly recommend this firm in every respect.

Matt completed three jobs for us: refurbishing roof boards, refurbishing a large garden shed roof, and trimming the top of a high hedge. All done to a very high standard and at a fair price. What's more, we had an unexpected emergency while he was doing the work and he helped us deal with that too (hence "caring" in the title of this review). We are delighted to have found Matt and will be asking for his services again.

MM Installations recently completed a complete gutter clean on our home. It is a Grade II listed property with a very high roofline. They were easy to deal with in advance of the job, arrived when they said they would and completed the job without any fuss. They undertook some minor gutter repairs whilst cleaning. I would certainly use them again.
